Reporting misconduct

A participant who feels that they have been harassed at the event may report the matter to the organizer(s) of the conference or relevant security authority at the conference site. Any attendee who believes that an incident of scientific or ethical misconduct has taken place, by an individual or group of individuals, is encouraged to contact the organizers by email: A participant who witnesses such harassment can also make such a report to the event staff and organizers, but it will be kept confidential.

The event staff, and meeting organizing committee members, security, or law enforcement personnel shall take action(s) deemed necessary and appropriate to address misconduct. Actions may range from a verbal warning to immediate removal from the meeting or activity without refund of registration fee.
