Abstract submission has now closed.
Any person traveling to the United States who requires a passport or invitation letter should check with the appropriate Embassy to determine exactly what is necessary to permit travel to the U.S.A. A member of the Organizing Committee will be pleased to send to the participant an invitation letter upon request, as long as that person has submitted an acceptable abstract (see below) for their presentation at the conference. Please note that we cannot provide letters of invitation to spouses, children, or others who will be accompanying you on the trip but not attending the Meeting as registered attendees. The invitation letter should only be intended as a help to get funds, not as a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support.
