30th April 2024: Added to the online registration tool today is an option to purchase a ticket to attend the lunchtime conference banquet for accompanying members. The price is $35. Bookings for the banquet will close on 10th May.
17th April is the date by which those who have submitted abstracts must pay their registration fees in order to be included in the program. Registration will continue to be open after this date but the program cannot be changed once it has been set.
This conference will be fully hybrid. Delegates can opt to attend in person or remotely. Oral sessions will be available to attend via Zoom.
All in-person registration fees include attendance at the welcome reception (Monday, June 3rd), lunches on Tuesday June 4th and Thursday June 6th, and the banquet at noon on Wendesday June 5th. Coffee and Danish pastries will also be available at the beginning of each day and throughout the day on each of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
All registrants, except those registering for one day only, will have full access to the in-person program. Recordings of many of the presentations will be made available to delegates after the conference.
Note that the early-bird registration deadline has been changed from 1st March to 4th March due to temporary difficulties with the online registration system.

Oral and Poster sessions
Pre-recorded oral presentations will not be accepted.
Those who register will have opportunities to present their work in person, live online, or as a virtual poster using Gather.Town. Note: the poster session is entirely virtual; there will be no in-person poster session.
Our Gather.Town site will be free of charge for all to use and all registrants will be able to access the posters 24/7 from date of posting through September 30, 2024. Poster presenters are asked to send presentations to Kevin Murphy in a traditional A0 poster format (resolution of not more than 200 dpi).
